Financial Controller – Somerset – Permanent- £30-40k

Navis Consulting are looking for an individual with a great team mentality. Based along the south coast, our clients wants a unique individual with the drive to deliver a high quality service to join their team and develop on their skill sets for their quickly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate weekly reports
  • Sage 50 accurate reports
  • Good credit control
  • Managing stock values to match the balance sheet and complete report
  • Entering data and taking lead on setting up managing stock in Sage 50
  • Managing the price list and adjusting to maintain margin (foreign currency exchange)
  • Verifying large sale proposals
  • Work alongside operation and sales teams to ensure contract terms are set up properly and projects cost are monitored
  • Issue customer monthly statement and chase over due accounts
  • Contribute weekly contract review

Requirements:

  • Sage 50 experience
  • HR Payroll
  • Project/contract management
  • Financial reporting management accounts
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • High organization and time management skill sets
  • 4 years proven experience in accounting/project management
