Project Engineer (Marine)

Project Engineer (Marine Composites)- Permanent- Poole- Up to £42k

Navis Consulting have an opportunity for an individual with a extensive knowledge within composites particularly in the marine boat building sector. Based in Poole our client wants a unique individual with the drive to deliver a high quality service to join their team and develop in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects through to concept delivery
• Commercial responsibility & estimating & account management of customers
• Develop on innovative manufacturing solutions for parts
• Tool design
• Responsible of whole process from new items, maintenance, billing of materials, sale orders, delivery notes all provided for your projects
• Establish all requirements with customer prior to commencement of manufacture
• Prepare engineering management plans and produce clear work instructions
• Ensure all materials are available
• Coordinate with all departments to make sure processes are being followed
• Assist with maintaining shop-floor equipment

Experienced required:

• Negotiation skill sets
• Invoicing and management of overdue payments
• Experienced with designing in Siemens NX or Solidworks
• Happy with UK and oversea travel
• Eligible for security clearance
