A major Cruise Line is looking for Sous Chefs to join their fleet of large and luxurious ships.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to manage high-volume shipboard culinary operations
  • Create superb dining experiences for the guests
  • Work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef to forecast and manage menu requirements and inventory for each outlet onboard

Requirements:

  • Experience as Sous Chef in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility
  • Cruise ship experience will be beneficial but is not essential
  • French cuisine knowledge and understanding, including knowing how to make the 6 mother sauces and demi-glace
  • Must be COVID vaccinated
  • Prepared to be away for home for several months at a time

No cruise ship experience is required for this position.
