- If after the outcome of any investigation into your complaint, you wish this to be reviewed further, please contact the Group’s CEO, Mr Clive Hutchings outlining your concerns and why you feel any action taken to date is insufficient. He will review the original investigation and revert with a final decision and reasonings within five working days.
For Seafarers, your ultimate right of appeal is to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
