Claims Manager (Freight, Defence & Demurrage) – London – £95,000 – £115,000
An opportunity has arisen with a leading P&I club in London for a Solicitor to join their Claims team to deal with dry shipping disputes and defence claims on behalf of their members, which include both owners and charterers.
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified shipping solicitor with experience in FD&D matters such as charterparty/ BOL disputes, laytime and demurrage claims, sanctions. The club will consider a range of backgrounds, from working for a P&I club, a law firm or in-house within a shipping company.
An excellent package is available for the successful applicant. You must have the right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
