Tender Manager – (Remote)

Tender Manager – Permanent – Remote, UK – £45k plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading marine services provider as Tender Manager. This role can be either remote or based out of one of their UK offices.

Responsibilities include;

  • Maintain an overview of existing and developing markets for tender opportunities for all departments
  • ‘Own’ the bid strategy
  • Manage the bid process, including commercial aspects
  • Compile bids, liaising with technical experts for relevant input
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of bids
  • Create and facilitate post-tender presentations
  • Identify and develop key supply chain partners for tender opportunities

The position will require production of high-quality written work to support bids for marine opportunities. There will be a requirement to work to tight deadlines and liaise with senior staff across the business. A sound business knowledge as well as excellent written communication skills are essential as well as good time management and prioritisation skills. The post holder will be confident working alone and able to manage multiple projects to successful outcomes.
