Qualification of candidates
Once we have identified a number of candidates that meet your specifications, we then conduct telephone interviews to gauge the candidates’ interest and availability.
Following this, we draw up a shortlist of no more than three well-matched candidates per position, unless otherwise agreed with the client.

How long does it take to fill a role?
Due to the thorough nature of our search, the ideal period to fill a role is around 7 days. This fluctuates depending on the specificity of the candidate’s required experience.
